Chosing the Right Security System

Intruder alarm systems combine detection, control and signalling devices. There are several options when considering the most suitable type of alarm system for your premises:

Audible Alarms

This type of alarm sounds at the installed premises only and was more commonly chosen for domestic premises. If the alarm is set off, response relies upon action by a neighbor or passer-by contacting the police, who may attend if there is additional evidence such as a broken window, to suggest a crime is being committed. There is no guarantee of the police responding to an audible alarm.

Monitored alarm - Key Holder Response

Monitored alarm systems offer you the reassurance that we're watching over your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Whether you're at home, at work or on holiday, you'll enjoy peace of mind knowing that we're protecting what's precious to you. In case of an emergency, we contact you and your nominated keyholders

Monitored Alarm - Police Response

Police response monitored alarms are becoming more and more common for domestic homes as they come with a URN (unique reference number) from the local police force to get a level 1/ urgent response from the police.

Every time your alarm goes off our Alarm Monitoring Centers receive an alert. These UK-based centers are manned around the clock, which means your alarm is never ignored and we always respond quickly.

Once the alarm is confirmed (we filter out false alarms), we contact you and your nominated keyholders. Then, depending on your monitoring package, we may call the police or fire service where necessary.

"Since we have had the alarm system installed, we have had peace of mind about our house and general security. On the odd occasion we have had to contact the company the response has been excellent."
